What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the property you’re asking about, and your message. Browsing the site requires no account and no personal information.

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered to our office by email and used for one purpose: responding to you. We keep correspondence for as long as it’s useful for that conversation and our records.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across the web.

Services this site relies on

Like most websites, a few third-party services are involved in serving these pages, and each necessarily receives standard technical data such as your IP address when your browser requests content from it:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps routine server logs.
• FormSubmit relays form submissions to our email.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces.
• CARTO / OpenStreetMap serve the map imagery on the projects page.
• Google News supplies the headlines on the news page.

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy.

Your choices
