Siyoun Mahfar & Associates Realty, Inc. (SMA Realty, Inc.) was founded in the 1980s as a real estate investment firm with holdings in primary markets across the country. In 2005, Sina and Samy Mahfar continued operations and launched New York City based SMA Equities, LLC while remaining part of the family-owned and managed, Long-Island-based real estate company founded by their father, Siyoun Mahfar.
Together, the Mahfar brothers have adhered to the fundamentals of the family’s local property ownership while bringing SMA Equities LLC to national prominence. Overseeing a diverse range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and virgin land assets, they have assembled a loyal team of executives to oversee and maintain the various portfolios.
